Meet Kamino!

Kamino is a handsome 1-year-old Great Pyrenees mix who is still growing into both his size and his personality. Compared to his outgoing brother Charlie, Kamino is a little more reserved and likes to take his time getting to know new people. Once you've earned his trust, though, his sweet, loyal, and affectionate side shines through, and you'll discover what a wonderful boy he truly is.

Kamino has a high prey drive, so he is not suited to life as a farm dog or in a home with cats or other small animals. He may be able to live with another dog, but any introductions should be done slowly and thoughtfully to ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe.

As a young dog, Kamino is still learning about boundaries and appropriate interactions, and he also appreciates having his own boundaries respected. Because of this, he would thrive in a home with older, dog-savvy children who understand how to interact respectfully with dogs and can give him space when he needs it.

With patience, understanding, and positive guidance, Kamino will reward his family with unwavering loyalty and quiet companionship. If you're looking for a gentle soul who just needs a little time to build trust, Kamino may be the perfect addition to your family.
