Palliative Care Program
Our Palliative Care Program helps senior pets and animals with manageable health conditions enjoy their remaining time in living foster homes.
All we ask is that you give them is a loving home.
Animals are often surrendered to shelters because of their age and health conditions. Although their cost of care is expensive, they still have a zest for life.
The Nova Scotia SPCA pays for all the pets ongoing medical care through our own SPCA Animal Hospitals and Clinics. All we ask is that you take them home, give them love, and provide them with a retirement home.
