Meet Mellie! This 4-year-old tortie girl is a sweet and gentle soul who likes to take life at her own pace. Mellie is a bit shy and can take some time to feel comfortable around new people and in new surroundings.

One of Mellie's favourite things is hiding under cozy blankets, where she can feel safe and snug while she takes in the world around her. Once she has had time to settle in and build trust, her affectionate side begins to shine through. She can be a very loving companion, she just needs someone willing to be patient while she comes out of her shell.

Mellie would do best with a family who understands that the best relationships take time to build. Give her the patience and space she needs, and you'll be rewarded with a sweet companion who is truly special.
